Description
A wide range flange adaptors, also called universal flange adaptors, are designed for air, water, sewer, and natural gas pipelines. The flange adaptor is a wide tolerance product suitable for all popular standard pipe sizes, thus greatly reducing the number of products in stock for maintenance purposes. This flange adaptor is suitable for steel, PVC, ductile iron, asbestos cement, FRP, cast iron, and concrete pipes.

Features
1. Optimised Gasket Design
A unique gasket with perfect distinctive circumferential ribs provedes and easy slide fit for maximum sealing on scored, corroded or pitted pipe.
2. Excellent Corrosion & Damage Resistance
Coated with RAL5017 fusion bond epoxy powder, which is anti-corrosive. The nuts and bolts are Dacromet, offering long term protection against corrosion, impact and abrasion to ensure continued reliable performance.
3. Easy Installation
The locking bolt head design takes care for an easy installation by only using a torque wrench.
4. Flexible Fit
All models accommodate angularity between pipes which allows for normal pipeline movement caused by ground settlement. Couplings and reducing couplings allowing for 6° total angular deflection (3° total on the flange adaptors)
