Installation Procedure

Step 1: preparation for the Repair Clamp Installation

Step 2: wrap the clamp around the pipe,take note to make the overlap of the rubber away from the leak point.

Step 3: assemble the clamp around the pipe by bringing the lockplate over the alignment lgus and hand tightening the nuts to hold it in place.

Step4: use a tension wrench to sequentially tighten the studs to the recommended tension specified on the clamp

Step5: installation finished.

Q: How to choose between single-band and double-band ?

A: You are recommended to choose double-band for the pipeline with the diameter above DN350mm. You are recommended to choose single-band for the pipeline with diameter below DN300mm .The pressure resistance performance of double-band repair clamps is better than single-band for the same size .
