Since there is generally a certain amount of air dissolved in water, and the solubility of air decreases with the raising of temperature, so that the gas gradually separates from the water during the water circulation, and gradually gathers together to form large bubbles or even air columns. Because of the replenishment of water, gas is often generated.
Basic structure
The single orifice relief valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve, upper cover, valve stem, float ball, relief nozzle and so on. When the gas in the pipeline needs to be discharged, the air in the pipeline enters the body cavity under the pressure of the water and is discharged from the relief nozzle, and then the water in the pipeline fills the body cavity, making the floating ball under the buoyancy of the water, Move upward to block the relief nozzle to achieve self sealing. The pipe is in normal operation, and the air in the water is continuously discharged into the upper part of the body cavity of the relief valve under the action of pressure, forcing the float to drop and leave the original sealing position. At this time, the air It is discharged from the relief nozzle again, and then the floating ball returns to its original position and self sealing. Therefore, the relief valve is always open during normal operation, and the floating ball repeats the above actions continuously, and the air is continuously discharged. When it is necessary to overhaul or clean the body cavity, the valve should be closed.
The valve body is barrel shaped, and its internal structure mainly includes stainless steel floating balls. The valve is divided into two types of threaded and flanged relief valves. P1 type is suitable for pipelines with working temperature ≤ 80 ℃, to remove the gas in the pipeline and dredge the pipeline so that the pipeline can run normally during work. When the pipe starts to be filled with water, the floating ball will slowly float up, and the valve has reliefed at this time. When it reaches a certain level, the floating ball tightly bears against the rubber ring, indicating that all the air has been discharged from the relief nozzle.
Working principle
