Description
Restrained coupling is a tensile resistant coupling for HDPE pipes, it contains an end load resistant mechanism, that grips and seals onto HDPE Pipes to prevent the pipe pull off from the pipe system. It's suitable for use with water, drainage, sewage ...pipe systems, and the maximum working temperature is 80°C.

Features
1. Unique Gasket Design
The restrained coupling & flange adaptor are supplied as standard with EPDM gasket for water applications to EN681, also available with NBR gasket to EN682 for natural gas, petroleum products, drainage, sewage... pipe systems.
2. Excellent Corrosion & Damage Resistance
Coated with RAL5017 fusion bond epoxy powder, which is anti-corrosive. The nuts and bolts are Dacromet, offering long term protection against corrosion, impact and abrasion to ensure continued reliable performance.
3. Unique Load Bearing Brass Teeth
By tightening the bolts, the end ring and load bearing brass teeth will press the gasket inside, until the end ring makes contact with the sleeve. From then on the brass teeth starts to reduce its diameter, and the sharp profile of the brass teeth starts to cut into the PE pipe. After the bolts are tightened, the coupling and adaptor is ready for use.

Bubble film packing to protect EPOXY coating, then use standard wooden case or pallet to load goods.
Delivery
For stock products, we will send goods to you within 1-2 days after receiving the payment.
If we don't have in stock, it will take around 15~25 days after receiving deposit.
